Eligibility & Program Requirements
All applicants must be international students who meet the academic and language requirements:
- Bachelor’s Admission: Secondary/high school diploma after at least 12 years of schooling. If your country’s system is shorter, you may need additional study certificates. Some programs require an entrance test (TOLC or CEnT-S).
- Master’s Admission: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 years). Some programs require a portfolio, interview, or specific prerequisites (check the program call).
- PhD Admission: Relevant Master’s degree (or equivalent). PhD calls are usually in March–April and July (two sessions). Admission is by competitive exam (qualifications, research project, interview).
Language Proficiency:
- Programs in English: Proof of proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) is required. Accepted certificates are valid for 5 years.
- Programs in Italian: Either a B2-level Italian certification or the TOLC-ITA exam by July 31, 2026. Some Italian-taught programs may also accept other evidence of proficiency.
