Who Can Apply:
- Students from all non-EU countries
- Must have good academic performance
- Must not already hold another Romanian government scholarship
- Bachelor’s and Master’s applicants must take a 1-year Romanian language prep course
- PhD students can study in Romanian or English but must pass an entrance exam
- The following people cannot apply:
- Those under Romanian protection or who have applied for it
- Staff of Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or their families
- Staff of international organizations based in Romania or their families
- Stateless individuals living in Romania recognized by local laws
